What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis is a normal natural process. It is a trance like state that most people naturally go in an out of a number of times each day.

Have you ever driven home and not remembered the drive home?

That is a light trance.

However if a child ran out in front of your car you would have slammed on your brakes.

You are always completely in control.

You cannot be made to do or say something you do not want to say.

Have you ever stared at the tv or computer screen but were not really watching what is on it?

That is a light trance.

Hypnosis is a normal natural process of trance, where you cannot be made to do or say anything you do not want to do or say.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapy which allows you to connect with the subconscious part of the mind.  It works

by allowing us to alter our subconscious thought processes to help us achieve specific goals, change behaviours, change thought patterns, plus so much more. . 

The hypnotic state allows you to rapidly make the changes you desire, through the acceptance of new ideas.


What to Expect


You can expect to be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. 

My clients love my large leather recliner chair.  They often ask me if they can just stay all day. (Lol) Which of course they can't because the next client is about to arrive.

You will feel comfortable and safe.

You can expect to leave feeling relaxed.  Most of my clients say they sleep well after their sessions with me (regardless of what issue they saw me for). 

You can expect to be listened to and heard.

You can expected to be treated as the wonderful, unique individual you are and to have your sessions tailored specifically just for you!

You can expect to enjoy your sessions.  Most of my clients ask if they can see me a few times per week.  I recommend once per week or fortnight, to allow the changes to integrate in between your sessions. 

You can expect the people around you to notice the changes in you after a couple of sessions.
